How Do I make..? Please Help me! [closed]

I have a project I am working on, its name is Capture, there is a show in tv & Real life about 10 teams running away from a hunt team, How do I make...

-A Color Changing Light, That changes to the players team color when touched. (How do I script it to make this)

-Vests with a script that when hunt team captures (Clicks on player's vest), it lights up (PointLight) and reveals teams with a gui after a game,

-Timer, For when rounds end & Begin, I want it to respawn after the 7 minutes are up for the round.

-A Gui for the color changing light that changes into team's color. I want a gui that announces that the Advantage Has been taken.

-Another GUI, for where protective zones are activated.

-a Button activated cell. & to go with this. -a script that lets the captured team stay in the cell even though they respawn.

Please help me, and funds will go to you and I promize I will not lie and I will give you the extra funds.
