How to make a group promotion bot? [closed]

I have seen many people do it, I wanna do it for my group where when you touch it. You would get promoted. The only problem is, I don't know how to do it. This is for my group called Newdale Police Department which has currently 2.3k Members. If anyone could help me, I would pay some ROBUXS or a rank.
