How do I pick up a model? [closed]

I've put in a script to where I can move the model, but it's a tool that allows me to move it once. I can't pick it up once I place it nor can I rotate the model. (I making a game based off of Miners Haven) The model does not stay in the grid lines "It can move anywhere" I need a script "where I can place a model, pick up the model, and rotate a model." and if anyone knows how to make it where it's not a tool like Miners Haven please help me.
