How Would I go on Hosting My Own Website For Free so I can carry out Web Api's? [closed]

Yes I have been wanting to use robloxes Web Api's and i know a fair bit of php to use for web development. So if anyone has any suggestions .. that would be great ..

You could use google sites.

or, you could use wordpress. I don't know how the Web API works though...
