Apocalypse rising Walls command how is it made??? [closed]

Ok so if you have ever watched arcl which is for apocalypse rising the admins have a command called walls and a map gui pops up and they can draw on it and where they draw maps show up there on the map. I would like to know how this is possible mostly about how they match map GUI drawing positions to the actual map and make the walls. Thanks!
