Is there a Bot Code Place or do you write the code yourself? [closed]

Okay so everyone has been saying for awhile that ROBLOX has discontinued this. However, I still see people that have auto-promotion bots. For example, RAT has one. Is there a place where you can get the code or is pertaining to you writing it yourself?
