My tool keeps on killing me even though theres nothing that makes it kill anyone. Can anyone help? [closed]

Hello, my problem is with this tool that kills you as soon as you take it out. In studio it works fine but in the real game, it kills you as soon as you take it out for no reason. It is not supposed to kill you. Here is the gyazo of the WHOLE tool:https://gyazo.com/54fa83f0da66a6ade03bdfb09be54df8

Step 1 remove tool, add in a blank one then check if you die? Also pls add scripts. User#5423 17 — 8y
