Is it possible to use Soundcloud API in Roblox? [closed]

Please provide explanation with your answers. Simply posting code does not spread knowledge of integral scripting processes which helps people understand the logic and reasoning behind your answer.

Just a simple 'yes' or 'no' is acceptable.

Hmm, Sound files from websites transferred to roblox? That would be stealing music because you would need to pay to upload sound to roblox. They only use assets from their own website for files(Haven't tested, proove me wrong!) and if they don't fit the description of under 2 minutes and it must be a mp3, then it won't send.
