How are the weapons made like in fireteam or in Phantom forces? [closed]

Well.. im asking my self how are the weapons made in Phantom Forces or in Fireteam. The CoreGUI is hidden, you only need to scroll to change the weapons.

Are there any tutorials? or Guides? on google or in youtube.

i cant find a tutorial how to make weapons like that.
