This site is used for help, not requests. Individuals including myself want to help the ones who have tried but failed or were close but made a mistake. We would appreciate you not requesting us to do the work for you. Thank you..

That's how I learned about making GUIs. If you have questions, the people here would be glad to help you, but you can't learn if you don't try.
