Can somebody help with this car script? [closed]

I have most of the script finished, but there is a problem with a part of it,

I am trying to make this specific part read out an amount of studs every time a key is pressed, I'm wondering if anybody can help me find a way to make the number increase by 32 every time a player press's a button on their keyboard, and decrease by 32 when a player press's another button, and to find a way to limit the press's to between 164 and 2404,, can anybody help?
