Admin Only GUI With All Person Enter Box? [closed]

I would like to make a Admin only Answer Log With a Small GUI for all to see that people can submit the Id. Kinda like a Application Thing But i want to make it for Music IDs My problem is i dont know what kinda script to use and how to Script it
