How do you make an Intro when you first join a game? [closed]

I need to know how to make some sort of intro, For some reason the Plug-ins for that don't work for me

Example:

  1. When you first join a game it shows you all around.
  2. When you join it shows the game title
  3. It shows both up there ^^^

It will fire everytime a player is added to the game so that you will be able to do things such as show them a tutorial or an introduction to your game.
