How to make a script that only allows certain ranks to spawn there? (edit) [closed]

I need help creating a script that will allow only certain ranks in a group spawn at a certain spawn location.

For example if I want a person with the rank value of 19+ in a group to spawn at a certain spawn, how would I do that?
