Sadly, you can no longer create User-Made meshes anymore, as to the consequences of keeping it in the future, users could use the system wrongfully. Also, this is not a Scripting Question, so it is considered off-topic; Please post questions that are related to Coding/Scripting/The Language. :) TheeDeathCaster 2368 — 9y

Roblox since 2013 hasn't supported making meshes.
