SAVE & UPLOAD ERROR CAN THIS BE FIXED? [closed]

I have this server and I can't upload to it, it comes up with a red bar with upload and a error message, when I save I get a windows 7 message saying something like "change file name" I did that but nothing happened I also made the server into a new file, this did not work either, is this my computers fault?
