How to make a giving script? [closed]

I have been wondering how to make a giving script in a group so if your rank 3 in the group you are able to give people in your inventory something to a players name in the game so for example theres a player in my group thats rank 3 and serves coffee and he wants to send the coffee that he made in his inventory to a player how would you do that?
