How do I fix, when player gets a kill pull up a nice job sign from gui? [closed]

I am making a game that involves shooting guns at each other. What I'm trying to accomplish is when a player gets a kill, I want a gui sign to slide in and say like nice kill or something. And then I want a noise in the background also. Can anyone come up with a simple script for that?
