I need help with CFrame? [closed]

I never took the time to try to understand CFrame, and now it is coming back to bite me. Could someone please give me a brief explanation? Especially with the rotation matrix, that is one headache. Before anyone mentions it, yes I have gone on the wiki. It just isn't helping me, I don't fully understand it.
