How to make a controlable NPC? [closed]
I want to make a game like 'The Sims', and I want to know how to control an NPC as if it were 'The Sims'. I also want to know how to make a special camera angle like in 'The Sims' that allows you to turn the camera around a set point on the map (i.e. a house).
