How do you make a class changer like Murder Mystery? [closed]

I need it for my game http://www.roblox.com/The-Ghost-WIP-0-done-place?id=146942557. There is going to be 3 classes two have one person and the others has the rest of the people. Oh and lastly i want the 2 classes with one person to be generated randomly. -cris
