How can I make a sell home and sell car option like for a roleplaying game? [closed]

I really need help with making my roleplaying game and I need to know how to make the remove car and sell home options, I already have Houses and Cars. Please I really need help, Thank you.

Try to base your questions specifically rather than asking for an entire game to be scripted for you.

I'll give you some hints, I like people to work themselves.

You'll need a Cash Leaderboard to make it easy, you can subtract and add values from the leaderboard to purchase cars and houses.

Cars can be cloned into the lighting and removed, I'm sure others will help out, however these are the basics..
