I want to make a price is right game Like alexnewtron's wheel of fortune how do I do that? The camera stays still and moves at some point, As well as Animations.

I do not intend on being mean, stupid, or sarcastic in any way, but, I'm sure there's some sequences that uses CloneTrooper1019's cutscene editor, you should check that out really quick.
