Hiring Scripter for Simple Tasks? [closed]

These simple tasks will include things like scripting Guis, leaderboard/coin system, and etc. This is more of a partner job so I plan on paying 10-25% of what the game makes based on how well they script. The game may not make very much, so there is a possibility you won't earn anything. I promise atleast 10-25% of what the game makes. This is also an unreleased game.
