Roblox has started to lag really hard recently how do i fix this? [closed]

I normally would get 40 to 60 fps but now all of a sudden THE FRAMES DROPPED TO 8 FPS this is very annoying because when i try to test my games it lags really hard. right now my computer is a intel(r) uhd graphics 600 can someone help me.
