Can you make a script that when a player presses a part the stars in the sky start moving? [closed]

I have a script that makes the sky only night, and i want if a player presses a part, the stars starts moving and if it presses again, they stop. i want with explainations so i can put there my button's name. Thanks, also the part is called: " Lever"
