How to I make dynamic movement for R15 Characters? [closed]

I keep getting errors when making this and my questions get closed. It's making dynamic animations which heres what i'm talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9jAQ4u5sOg 2:59 and I fling all over the place LOL. and also mods, don't try to take this down again after the numerus 3 times I tried now my fourth time.
