How would I improve on my system for admin commands where the main chat would not see them? [closed]

I have two ideas:

  1. A separate chat which works the same way as the normal chat except only you can see.

  2. A system where only you would see the message.

I would rather do the second but does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? I would appreciate some help here, thanks
