It looks like it's a free model script and you are most likely to get Malware (not Virus). You might have, unintentional GUI appearing randomly on your screen.

I saw in comments, and found out you didn't know where the script is. The simple thing : Press Ctrl + Shift + F

Then a Find UI will appear. Just search 'require(5543277991)' in the Find box and a screen might appear telling you your search results. Then, click on the scripts it shows, and then you might be able to navigate it properly.

All of the answers are most likely incorrect. Require() allows other types of scripts to obtain information from a module script, so just find the model with that Id, check if it has a backdoor or similar and then decide whether or not to delete it. Also you can NOT receive malware from this, the only thing in risk is your game.
