How do you fix Roblox Studio Experiencing very low Frames? [closed]

I was Working on a Game with my friends as a joke and put a load of free models cleared all viruses, and disabled my plugins but when i join or test the game i experience 3 to 5 fps and when my friends join either they get admin commands scam pop up or forced item into thier inventory. Can anyone explain how to fix this??
