How to make the user's tool strength is the same as the damage? [closed]

So I'm literally new. I'm wondering on how the other simulator games like Sword Fighting Simulator uses the user's tool multiplier as it's damage deals with. Example he has 100m per swing, then he can deal 100m damage too. I also can't find the tutorials/right scripts(functions) on web. I hope someone can help me. I want to try to create my first simulator game same with sword fights.
