How do I make party system like in "HEISTS"? [closed]

Ok, let me explain Heists party system.
When someone sets up a party, he will enter a name and his name will appear on the leaderboard as a team. The person who creates the party will be able to send an invitation to people. An invitation will appear in front of the person who sent the request, if he accepts it will enter the team.
