Looking to make a car spawner which make the player own the car please? [closed]

Ive made multiple vehicles and im wondering if there's a script that can spawn them in from a gui that opens when a letter is clicked when I mean a part eg the front desk of a car dealership. I would like the car to belong to that player so only they can lock and unlock the car by pressing "L" so all the seats in the car stop working. It would also be good if I could get help with making a "F to enter vehicle" script
