How do I make racing systems like the ones seen in Roblox Vehicle Simulator? [closed]

Hello, I am attempting to create a racing system where there is a designated area where cars go to be teleported to the race after a countdown and there is a leaderboard in the race, such like the ones seen in Roblox Vehicle Simulator. Also when there is a race going on, I would like for there to be a gui above the racing queue that says, 'Race In Progress'. I do not know how to do this, and I have not tried any code for this.
