Is this possible?[UNANSWERED] [closed]

Well I've been working on a game similar to slender and I was trying to find out how to make it so when you look at the "Monster" model it wont move and if you don't look it will chase you. A "yes" would be great. A how to do it would be AMAZING!

And of course it is possible, why wouldn't it be? The question is if people know how to do it or can think of a way to make it work. Like srsly...
