How do i change the keybind for shift lock? [closed]

I am trying to change the keybind for shift lock to the ctrl key on the keyboard. For example, if you have a shift to run script, you might want to change the keybind for shift lock to another key. Also, if you don't know what shift lock is, its an option you can choose in the menu when you press the escape key. Then go to settings then look for shift lock switch, that's what I'm talking about.
