NEED HELP FOR CASH DELETION SYSTEM? [closed]

Hello! I made my own house placement system (not sharing code) I need help because I did a pay to add furniture system. I did a house deletion system and want 50% cash given back but I already have to much furniture to go through. Is there a way I can write a script with (Integer Values) that gives 50%% back? Sorry my english isn't the best If you don't understand please do say so!
