What would be the best type of body mover for an automatic train?

So previously I asked on here if anyone knew of what would be the best way to make an automatic train move as I am currently using tween service which doesn't work so good for this kind of application. Most people seemed to recommend using body movers. However there's a few types of body movers, does anyone have any recommendations on which one would be the least buggy and best suited for this job? Would this also prevent pesky players from derailing/breaking the train? Any help would be good thanks...
