How do I fix laggy cframes from server?

So I was making a game with frame and I’m new so I didn’t know about the slow refresh speed from the server (20 times per sec) then i realized all the animations are sooo laggy and slow now and I looked it up and I saw how the server cannot update it and I have to do it all from Client side and I don’t know how exactly to do that.
