How do you make your avatar in a GUI?

So in some games, I see whenever you win a game it shows in the top right corner you avatar doing a victory animation but your real avatar is not moving. How do you accomplish this? Any video links or anything I just want to know how it is done.

In the video above, it does exactly what I was talking about.

Another example of it is this: https://youtu.be/jXLTKJNOpr4 ~ just copy and paste it into your search bar.

It has a camerabrick and a copy of the player's avatar doing an animation outside of the map. Theres ways you can do this on youtube, I've seen. The only part I can answer your question with is the animation part, You make an animation, and script an event to where if the player wins, the camera shows in the GUI, and the animation plays on the character.
