How can I modify my car to be compatible with Xbox controller's analog input?

I have a vehicle that uses a VehicleSeat to operate. I can't figure out how to make the vehicle compatible with Xbox and Xbox controller users. When a controller is used, the car can only go hard left or hard right as if I was pressing the A and D keys.
