The ROBLOX Wiki is a great and probably the best place to start. Youtube can also be a great source to look at too. Even using free models and seeing what others have used can really help, and just editting their code. If your ever having problems with any scripts, then send them here and the community can help you, and fix the script and explain on how to fix your error

Ninjo is right, the Wiki is an excellent source. Personally, I learned a lot by modifying other people's scripts slightly to see if I could get them to do what I wanted.
