In the command bar type Instance.new("VideoFrame",game.StarterGui) and It'll create a videoframe inside StarterGui. It doesn't work yet though. Wait until an update comes where it is possible DizzyGuy70 38 — 4y

Yes, and no. There is a new coming(or may already be here.) feature called Video Streaming. Which allows you to play videos in game. If it isn't here already, soon to expect it fairly soon. It was used in the bloxy's this year for testing, too. Might wanna keep an eye on it. If that's what you're asking about

Edit: Heard you were talking about scenes like in the game Entry Point. That is used with Camera Manipulation.

If this works for you, please accept this answer. Thanks

Yeah, if you want to make something like Entry Point just look at the link I sent you, but probably learn basic Lua if you haven't already. Auxatier 59 — 4y

It is possible to get a bunch of decals (each for 1 frame) and switch between them really fast at like 60fps. It's very sketchy though and I can't provide any code.
