Why can I not invite people in team create?

I am currently having a problem where I can't invite people to my game, When I try to invite people It does not show the "Invite a friend" box. Here is a link to the image to what I am talking about: https://imgur.com/a/u1lQdNK So I hope someone can help me thank you.

You can add them to a Team Create via another route. Go to Game within the banner and select Permissions. Here, type their username.
