Okay, i'm just gonna get straight into this, What sources do you use to learn Lua?

I really need help with finding out where can i always read articles about each part in scripting. (like, how to play a sound, how to make something move) I just need to know is there any complete way where to learn specifically about roblox studio scripting. Because i just find it hard to keep trying to find a video to a question i got or about my confusion because normally, i just find things i did not need? I just need to know does anyone have any recommendations where to actually start learning so i can try handling things myself and to think? Also i'm sorry if this question is off-topic or against any rules.
