Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong when Creating a new starterCharacter?(SOLVED)

So I imported a mesh from blender and rigged it together with Character Creator plugin. Here's what the model looks like:

StarterCharacter
    - Humanoid

    - Head

    - All of the body parts named correctly

    - HumanoidRootPart placed in the UpperTorso. Not in it but same position

I placed this in StarterPlayer and for some reason the top half of my character falls off of the bottom half, and I can't move around at all. None of it is anchored. I placed the primary part to the HumanoidRootPart. I also tried the head.

I was just wondering if there was something I was missing or steps I should take or if anyone had a video that would explain it well.

Thank you!

Solution: I just didn't weld the parts together as well as I thought I did.

At a guess I would say you might have broken a weld? Can you include a screenshot of the issue User#5423 17 — 4y

How do you include a screenshot? I was trying to figure this out too. I think I welded it wrong because I redid it and it didn't fall apart. Not it's just not moving and leaning backwards lol SethHeinzman 284 — 4y
