Is there a way to not spawn player's character?

So I am making a game and the default character model is not easy to animate(for stuff that I am making) so I was wondering if there is a way to not spawn the default one and replace somehow with my own character model. Cosmetics are not a problem as they would be disabled anyway and I would add my own(like Dungeon Quest or Adventure Up did it).

Name your new character (not default) StarterCharacter and put it in StarterPlayer
