How to make an animation line up with another?

I've used an animator call moon suite to make separate animation but i have trouble lining up my animations, I've tried to rotate & position but there's always something wrong such as the punches not connecting with the other animation. I want to know if there's a better way to maybe make my animations look like they are in the animation editor or just make it seem like the two animations look like they're one.
