How can i make a gun using tools? Only need the camera attaching.

I've been trying to create a gun that attaches to a camera like this example from

How could i make something like this but using tools? I have no idea how to create it.

I only need the camera attaching. I have no idea what to use, and how to use it. I'm gonna guess just setting the position to the camera, but i also have no idea how to do this(with out breaking physics cough cough roblox physics).

(not requesting the code just wanting to know how to do it)
