How can I create my own unique 3d avatar?

Hi

I have been searching all over the place for how I can create my own type of avatar (3d) but I can't seem to find any. There is no problem finding tutorials on how to make clothes but I am looking for how to make a 3d-costume and not 2d clothes. Let's say I wanted to create a Bear as a costume. How can I do that?

What program do you have to use to create this? Can people like you and me create this and sell it in a game or is it only Roblox who can create and sell costumes like this?

If it is possible do you know a good tutorial?

you have to rig the costume yourself, I recommend the Custom Character Creator plugin. You should store the costume in replicated storage, and then make a gui that when clicked using the ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MouseButton1Down ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ function, makes it so that the next time your character spawns, they spawn with the costume.

Thanks for your answer, but I am looking for how to create the design. If you look at the Bull-Demon-King you see that the arms, feet, torso, head and all that is created in some 3. party software. I got a feeling it is made with Blender, but I can't find any good tutorials on how to create my own custom 3d outfit... just like Bull-Demon-King but with an another design of course.
